You will have to forgive me, (PLEASE!) for being such a horrible friend. I haven't been very good at staying in touch with you. It looks like you are in to a new place, huh? Looks fabulous! I love how open the front room is! How long have you been there, now? Your house is lovely and definitely brings the outdoors in. Living by the sweet hiking trail isn't too bad either.
